Easy Apple Butter Cinnamon Roll Recipe
There’s nothing better than the smell of warm cinnamon rolls drifting through the kitchen, and these apple butter cinnamon rolls are my favorite easy breakfast treat. They are so simple to make, but taste like you’ve spent all morning baking. The smell alone will fill your kitchen with cozy fall sweetness, and every bite is soft, gooey, and full of flavor.
This recipe is actually a twist on my original Holiday Cinnamon Rolls that so many of you already love. Instead of keeping it classic, I’ve added apple butter and a little praline ice cream for the most delicious surprise. And the best part? You only need three ingredients! It is the easiest way to make homemade-style cinnamon rolls without the fuss, and they disappear fast every time I serve them. You MUST try these this fall!
Apple Butter Cinnamon Rolls

Arrange Sister Schubert rolls in the dish.
Spread apple butter over the top of the rolls.
Pour melted ice cream evenly over the rolls.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake at 350°F until golden brown.
Drizzle with icing (included in the roll package) and serve warm.
This recipe is a fun fall twist on my original Holiday cinnamon rolls that so many of you love. Instead of keeping it classic, the apple butter and praline ice cream make every bite taste extra cozy and perfect to get you in the autumn mood! These rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert, and I promise they disappear fast when I serve them.
And because I can never resist a good seasonal pairing, I’ll be showing you how to style these rolls alongside apple cider mimosas in my next Live from the Farm. Because breakfast should be just as beautiful as it is delicious!
