This time, we’re giving one lucky winner (and up to 5 guests!) the chance to enjoy a 3-night stay in a luxurious suite at this historic resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

TIPS AND SIPS Cocktail / Mocktail DEMONSTRATION

Spend time with The Greenbrier bartender for a Tips and Sips demonstration featuring signature cocktails or mocktails. The Greenbrier is the birthplace of the famous mint julep, and the bartender will share the history behind this iconic drink along with techniques for preparing beautifully balanced beverages. Learn culinary techniques during a private cooking class with one of The Greenbrier’s chefs. These Official Rules govern the Carmen Johnston Gardens Greenbrier Getaway Giveaway. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Carmen Johnston Gardens, The Greenbrier, and any of their subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Carmen Johnston Gardens, in conjunction with The Greenbrier.
Sponsor address available upon request.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries open at 12:00 AM ET on December 28, 2025 and close at 11:59 PM ET on January 21, 2026.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available through the Carmen Johnston Gardens website or designated landing page. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, participants consent to receive occasional emails, newsletters, and promotional communications from Carmen Johnston Gardens and The Greenbrier. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize Description

One winner will receive the following prize package for the winner and up to five guests (six total individuals):

Accommodations and Experiences

• A three night stay in a suite at The Greenbrier Resort, redeemable between February 1 and March 31, 2026, subject to hotel availability
• Hands-on floral design class with Carmen and The Greenbrier floral team
• Tips and Sips cocktail or mocktail demonstration
• Private cooking class with a Greenbrier chef
• Relaxing spa day for the entire group
• Private grounds tour with The Greenbrier design team
• Swag bags with Carmen’s favorite items

Travel Stipend

• A $250 travel stipend per person (up to six people total) to help cover travel expenses to and from The Greenbrier. Travel stipend will only be issued after travel is booked for the giveaway. If the winner does not book or complete the trip, no stipend will be provided. Stipend is not redeemable for cash and cannot be claimed separately from the prize.

Additional Prize Terms

• Prize accommodations cover only what is explicitly listed above. Any additional nights, upgrades, services, or incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
• Guests beyond six must pay full rates.
• Winner and guests are responsible for all food and beverages except during designated private events included in the prize package.
• Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate retail value may vary depending on travel dates and availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 22, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. The winner must accept the prize and confirm participation by 11:59 PM ET on January 26, 2026.

If the winner does not respond or cannot be reached by the deadline, a new winner will be selected. Each alternate winner will be given 48 hours to respond and confirm.

7. Booking Requirements

Winner must book travel dates before the end of the business day on January 31, 2026.
All travel and accommodations are subject to The Greenbrier’s availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Carmen Johnston Gardens, The Greenbrier, their affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:
• lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• technical or internet failures
• cancellations or delays related to travel or accommodations
• acts of nature or events beyond Sponsor control that may impact participation or prize redemption

If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, tampering, or technical issues, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

10. Privacy

Information collected through entry is subject to Carmen Johnston Gardens’ Privacy Policy and The Greenbrier’s Privacy Policy. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Georgia.

12. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
